Below are some noteworthy updates of my activities as we head into fall.
Summer mowing madness is slowly coming to an end - hooray for that weekly chore winding down! And guess what? The scorching sun didn't just wilt the grass, it also sparked some health chats on national radio - talk about using the heat wisely!
Dabbling in landscaping has been a rollercoaster of trial and error, with a few casualties along the way - rest in peace, fallen plants. But hey, it's all part of the learning journey, right? My canvas is rather big and I am learning as I go.
Onwards and upwards with new projects - because let's face it, I'm always on the move! From crafting stone masterpieces - new columns and stairs on the front of the house - to welcoming a furry husky, Kalas, into the family, life's a whirlwind of blessings.
And speaking of dreams,
my very own prayer sanctuary
is taking shape, surrounded
by viburnum and tranquility -
a peaceful oasis in my front yard paradise.
I am back to writing and will have a new E Book on menopause out soon. So many people have come to me with questions about handling menopausal issues that I thought I could wrap it all up in a book that addresses the important issues with natural and doable solutions.
In addition to writing, virtual training, working my land, doing interviews, (breath)... I am working more with my family’s restaurant business - Chef Creole. They are opening a new location in North Miami, engaged a Food Truck Franchise, and have retail products on Amazon. Whew! We have all been busy.
My family are well thank God. The kids are growing up and everyone is busy with life. It will be great to see them with the upcoming holidays.
I am grateful for all of the wonderful people in my life - those close by and those who are only a facetime or zoom away. My mornings have about 4 open slots and 2 afternoons for anyone wanting to engage in sessions with me. That will go quickly with the upcoming holidays - all those holiday parties and celebrations bring some added calories!
It would be a joy to hear from some of you! Wishing you to be the very best you that is possible!
Hugs,
Cheryl
