The 21st Century Woman

What does it mean to be a woman in the 21st century?
Women have made extraordinary progress, yet many still struggle with expectations, self-doubt, fear, health concerns, and the challenge of balancing the many roles they fulfill.
In The 21st Century Woman, Cheryl A. Patella draws upon faith, women’s history, personal experience, and more than 45 years in health and fitness to help women better understand their strength, protect their well-being, believe in themselves, and become the women God created them to be.
"It is time for another wave of feminism. I am calling to each of you to become who you were created to be. Not what others impressed upon you - whether good or bad. But what your spirit cries out from deep inside you to realize."
-Cheryl A. Patella, The 21st Century Woman
